After six years of medical device experience spanning across eight states, Michael came to the realization that the transactional relationships of the medical device industry have run their course. No longer is it acceptable to turn a blind eye to the parasitic nature of the current physician and sales representative model. Leveraging evidence-based platforms, Michael focused on partnering with residency and fellowship programs to aid in the interview process as well as the launching of practices for young orthopedic and neurosurgeons. Prior to his field experience, he graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago. In his spare time, Mike enjoys the outdoors and attending sporting events.

Upon entering the medical device field in 2010, Adam quickly recognized that the traditional medical device salesman was focused on product rather than patients and physicians. Seeing an opportunity to serve this unmet need; he founded his distributorship with the unique focus of partnering with physicians to use medical education as the lever to expand their reach and improve patient care. Adam is a graduate of Wabash College and received his MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. When Adam is not working, he spends time with his wife Megan and their three children. He hopes to one day have a hobby outside of work.
